Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all the products purchased on BNG Tattoo Supply.

BNG Tattoo Supply is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customers on the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customers for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

For security reasons, BNG Tattoo Supply will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

SHIPPING TIMES

We process all orders within 0-2 business days (often the same day)

  • Average transit time within Canada: 1 - 3 business days, for a total delivery time of 1 to 5 business days

For Orders less than  300.00 $ CAD charges will be 17.95 $ CAD 

Free shipping on all orders More than or equal to 300.00 $CAD 

We currently ship within Canada only. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

    CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

    We are collecting taxes for Canada.
    Since we ship within Canada only, no customs or import fees apply to your order.


    SHIPMENT TRACKING

    BNG Tattoo Supply provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.


    DELAYS

    BNG Tattoo Supply is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, BNG Tattoo Supply is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.


    UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

    If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to the corresponding post office and the customer must pick it up from there.


    WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

    BNG Tattoo Supply will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.


    SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

    BNG Tattoo Supply recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example, your home or place of employment. BNG Tattoo Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if customer's address is wrongly provided.


    SHIPPING COMPLETED

    Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which BNG Tattoo Supply makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
