The Beginning

Paul Tougas has been tattooing since 2006. From the beginning, he’s been obsessed with equipment - machines, inks, needles - anything that can improve the work and push standards further. That “supply geek” mindset naturally led him to create BNG Tattoo Supply.

The Foundation

Before launching BNG, Paul was the first to import and distribute Panthera Ink in Canada under Panthera Ink Canada. That experience was a turning point. It gave him a deeper understanding of the market and showed him there was room for a more complete, more consistent supply company built around real artist needs.

Early on, Good Guy Tattoo Supply trusted him to become the first distributor in Eastern Canada to carry their products, helping lay a solid foundation.

What BNG Is

BNG Tattoo Supply was built from that vision. More than a store, it’s a project created by and for artists. Every product is selected with a critical eye, based on real-world use - not marketing — with one goal: reliable, consistent, high-performing supply.

The pro team plays a key role in that evolution. These are strong artists who actively contribute, bringing real feedback that helps push the brand forward. It creates a dynamic where everyone is moving in the same direction.

Growth

After the first year, Paul was joined by Hubert Lelièvre, who took on the financial and operational side of the business. As CFO and CPA, he brings structure, clarity, and discipline to the company.

Together, they balance each other - one driven by the craft and product, the other by strategy and numbers - creating a strong, complementary foundation.
