Ordering and payment

How do I order?

Add products to your cart and check out online, or visit the store at 369 rue Soumande, Québec City. Prices are in Canadian dollars; applicable Canadian taxes are added at checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards and Shop Pay, including pay-over-time installments, through Shopify's secure checkout.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. If you create an account, you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, no password to remember.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Orders are packed the same day, so contact us as soon as possible at info@bngtattoosupply.com with your order number. Once a parcel has left, see our return and refund policy.

A product is out of stock. Can I be notified?

Yes. Use the "Notify me" button on the product page and you will receive an email when it is back.

Shipping and pickup

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes, to every province. We do not ship to Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories, and we do not ship outside Canada for now.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders over $300 before taxes, anywhere we deliver in Canada. Below that amount, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday to Friday are packed and picked up by the carrier the same day, around 4 pm. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes. Choose "Pickup" at checkout and come to 369 rue Soumande, Québec City. We are open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 9 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 7 pm.

How do you protect inks in winter?

During cold months we add heat packs to every order that contains inks or liquids, and we request a signature at delivery so the carrier does not leave the parcel outside.

Which brands are you the official distributor for?

BNG Tattoo Supply is the official Canadian distributor of Panthera Ink, Solid Ink, Eternal Ink, Good Guy Supply, Kwadron, World Famous, Fusion, Bishop, Dermaglo, Empire Inks and Chroma. We also make our own brand, Demons.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. Everything we sell comes directly from the manufacturers or their official distribution channels, and is stocked in Québec City. No grey-market or counterfeit products.

Are cartridges and needles sterile?

Yes. Cartridges, needles and tubes are single-use, sterilized and individually packaged, with a lot number and expiry date on each unit.

Do you sell to the public or only to professionals?

Anyone can buy online or in store. Our team of tattoo artists can help you choose needle configurations, inks and machines; some professional products are meant for trained artists.

Do you collect product reviews?

Yes. After each order, customers receive an invitation to review the products they bought. Reviews are collected and displayed through Judge.me.

Professional accounts and studios

Do you offer professional pricing?

Yes. Tattoo artists and studios can open a professional account with reduced prices online and in store. Ask in store or use the contact form with your studio name.

Do you offer volume pricing for studios?

Yes. Studio owners can contact us for volume pricing on cartridges, inks and consumables.
