Empire Inks Whitewash is a milky, semi-opaque graywash: a touch of white is built into each shade so you reach a deliberate gray value without stacking layer after layer. It goes in like a graywash and settles like a semi-opaque gray, smooth and cool-toned.
Use Whitewash for value and Graywash for transparent shadows. It suits artists who work with a slower, steady hand motion.
